We integrated Azure Active Directory B2C as the external identity provider and designed the authentication layer so Exchange Center could support MFA securely across multiple organizations.

Implemented Azure AD B2C to support user login with MFA across multiple domains.
Custom user flows
Built user flows and policies tailored to Exchange Center authentication requirements.
QR and SMS MFA
Enabled QR code and SMS verification as the second authentication factor.
Identity configuration
Added OpenID Connect login and used DynamIT, a Clever Grapes-built platform, to manage identity configuration more safely.
