The Company is operated in North America and has been the leading provider of strategic data and analytical solutions for the agriculture, crop protection and animal health industry. They were facing challenges in data collection and analysis, mainly by having sets of overlapping systems. As a consequence, they received redundant and poor quality data, the processes were inefficient, too much time was needed for integration and on-boarding of new customers and unjustified maintenance costs are generated.
